Algeria's premier film industry job board connecting productions with crew and professionals.

Our platform provides:

• Job posting for productions
• Job search and applications
• Company profiles
• Department-based organization
• Direct messaging with employers

3. User Accounts

• Authentication is managed through CineDZ single sign-on (SSO)
• You must be at least 18 years old to post or apply for jobs
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• Provide accurate professional information in your profile

4. For Job Seekers

4.1 Your Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and truthful information in applications
• Only apply for jobs you are qualified for
• Respond promptly to employer communications
• Respect confidentiality of job details when required

4.2 Prohibited Activities

• Submitting false credentials or experience
• Spamming employers with irrelevant applications
• Harassing employers or other job seekers
• Using the platform for non-industry purposes

5. For Employers/Productions

5.1 Job Posting Requirements

• All job listings must be for legitimate film/TV productions
• Compensation or pay rate must be disclosed (or marked as "Negotiable")
• Working conditions and hours must be accurately described
• No unpaid internships without clear educational value
• Must comply with Algerian labor laws

5.2 Prohibited Job Postings

• Scams or fraudulent employment offers
• Jobs requiring payment from applicants
• Discriminatory requirements (beyond BFOQ exceptions)
• Adult content or illegal productions
• Multi-level marketing or commission-only schemes

6. Fees & Payments

• Job seekers: Free to search and apply for jobs
• Employers: Free basic job posting; premium features may require payment
• Featured listings: May require payment via SATIM
• We do not take commission on hiring or salaries
• Employment agreements are directly between employer and employee

7. Limitation of Liability

CineDZ Jobs is a job board connecting employers and job seekers. We are not liable for:

• Employment disputes between employers and employees
• Payment or salary disputes
• Working conditions on productions
• Accuracy of job listings or applicant information
• Background checks or verification (employers responsibility)

8. Content Removal

We reserve the right to remove job postings, applications, or accounts that violate these terms. Users may report suspicious listings for review.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Algeria. Employment relationships are subject to Algerian labor law. Disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Algeria.
