4. Data Sharing

4.1 With Employers

When you apply for a job, the employer receives:

• Your name and contact information
• Professional experience you've shared
• Application message and attached documents
• Portfolio/demo reel links

4.2 With Job Seekers

Job listings show company name, job details, and hiring contact (if employer chooses to share).

5. Data Retention

• Active accounts: Retained while account is active
• Job postings: Archived after 90 days, deleted after 1 year
• Applications: Retained for 2 years for hiring records
• Uploaded documents: Deleted within 30 days of account deletion
• Search history: Retained for 90 days

6. Your Rights

• Access: Download your applications and profile data
• Rectification: Update incorrect information anytime
• Erasure: Delete your account and associated data
• Withdraw applications: Cancel pending applications
• Opt-out: Disable job alert emails

7. Resume/CV Privacy

• Uploaded resumes are stored securely
• Only visible to employers you apply to
